Ahmed Abdel-Qader, Al-Ahly’s first-team football player, expressed his happiness at the team’s victory over the Tunisian Union of Monastir in the first leg of the 32nd round of the African Champions League, with a goal free of charge.
Abdul Qader said that Al-Ahly made a great effort and controlled the course of the game, and there was constant pressure on the opponent throughout the stadium according to the instructions of the technical staff, stressing that the next will be better, God willing.
Abdel Qader pointed out that the team’s efforts culminated in a goal at the deadly time, and there is still a second half in Cairo, during which everyone will fight to win and qualify for the next round of the tournament.
He stressed that the strong kick-off is important, and all the players wanted to make a good impression at the start of the season.
